I have been going to this location for years. I've had really good techs working on my vehicle and have had all positive experiences with my service. I find that they are thorough and my questions are always answered.
UPDATE: A supervisor contacted me later in the day to apologize and offered an appointment after their machine was fixed (tentatively the next day) and a discounted charge.
A manager called the next day, confirmed that the machine was fixed and we set a time for me to come down. He said it should take roughly an hour.
I arrived a few minutes early and was told it was take an hour and 45 minutes to two hours. Longer than I was expecting, but as long as it was getting done I was happy.
DO NOT USE THIS SHOP. I took my girlfriends Jeep here to replace 3 studded tires, as one was new already. They ordered the studded tires without the studs. They then proceeded to put the tires on the vehicle without studs, common sense should have prevailed at some point that there is already a fully studded tire on here, maybe we should contact the owner to ask what they want to do. Nothing was said or mentioned. They refused to swap out the tires, stud or rectify the situation.
