I had a decent oil change here before, but they don’t tell you that cars in other lines are also head of you. So, when you pull and there’s 2 cars in line ahead of you, nope! it’s the all cars in other lanes that are ahead of you. After waiting 30 minutes, I was told this.
Being told would be great. Then service tech after service tech came out, saying , “it’s first come first serve” like I should magically know this. No apologies, no offer to improve communication. Frustrating.
I had Brady as my service technician today. He was very respectful and professional he explained his way throughout the whole process. I would 100% recommend coming here will definitely be back.?
