The beer is great, the food isn't bad, but the service is TERRIBLE. We stood at the door for a good 5-10 minutes while the servers wandered around ignoring us, and a host/hostess was no where in sight. Some sort of owner/manager walked by us twice (he left the restaurant, headed upstairs, and returned with a large wad of bills) and only acknowledged us with a dirty look. When we were finally seated I was disappointed to discover our waiter was Mr. Rude (not sure of his actual name, but he's got dark hair and has worked there for ages). He always seems bitter and annoyed, and he spent the evening completely ignoring our table. Absolutely no refills, and we had to flag him down to get our bill (which he rudely threw on the table). The food is acceptable, but the service makes the experience unenjoyable. The owner/manager needs to take a good look at this place and maybe do a complete overhaul in service staffing. Or maybe just pay them more? They're obviously bitter about something, and they're taking it out on paying customers.

Party of 50, and yes they knew we were coming and assured us they would have extra staff. TWO HOUR wait for food; 45 minutes for beer, some orders were forgotten altogether. Quality and temperature of the food was sad to say the least. We discussed our issues with the manager (who is the owners son, otherwise he would be working at a car wash) and were insulted by his lack of understanding. Needless to say we paid for the value we received; nothing. This place has really gone down hill in the past 5 years

We ordered beers and nachos on the Barley Works patio. Unfortunately, we discovered a magot in our order of nachos. The server apologized, and they were taken away. The server returned and informed us that the manager and chef said it was not a magot, but a piece of "cheese curd". The restaurant paid for our nachos, but the manager never presented himself to address the issue with us. When confronted, he treated the situation as a joke. I know what I saw, and there is no way that this was a cheese curd in the perfectly detailed form of a magot.

The food was Average, lots of bitter looking employees milling around, food prices have gone up AGAIN....The adley family must be planning more renovations and need the $$ to cover it!

i think this place needs to buck up their service and lower prices, and find some good staff.
