Poor customer service

The worst place to get your nails done. Terrible customer service..when I asked to change my nails shape she started fighting. For 2 minutes work she kept me waiting for 15-20 mins.

Do NOT go to this place. If I could give 0 stars I would. I just had a pedicure there, and the lady cut my big toenail 2-3 mm below my nail bed. This causes ingrown toenails! When I explained that they told me because it wasn't bleeding, it was fine. None of the staff knew what an ingrown toenail was or what causes them. Ridiculous! They also made me pay, when they shouldn't have charged me at all, and made it seem like they were doing me a huge favour by giving me a 15% discount. DO NOT GO HERE

I came today for a pedicure for myself and my young daughter. We we're sat right away in the chairs after picking our colors for our pedicures. Usually the person lets you soak your feet for a few minutes well not here anyways. The girl I had was in a hurry. The woman my daughter had was taking her time. My girl was not even smiling but cold and hurried like crazy. Spent 15 minutes on me and then got up to tell me that I should stay in the chair to let my toes dry there. Well I was there for ano

My nails looked amazing.

I went there on a sunday afternoon, and wanting to get a mani/pedi special. As I was walking in, I got a warm welcome from the worker. I was very happy was the spa massage chair, my body felt relaxed and take all stress away. The girl painted my nails amazingly and also includes a little design as well. I will definitely come back. I do recommend you come after work .
