AWESOME FOOD, the best take out in the city. Only once have i had a prob with the service ( which it why i ranked the service low.. they gave me some BS. I talked to the owner, she straightened everything out. I never order from anywhere else! ( except for Chinese. No where...and I mean NO WHERE else do they have poutine as good as them!! A warning however.. DO NOT order from the princess St. location. the food is BAD..like terrible. the meat in the burger should have been thrown away days before they cooked it. the service is pathetic. ( bubba's on king Rulez the City)

Great food, but the service from one staff member is consistently INCREDIBLY poor. She's the short, surly one. I called in for a pickup order: Her: Hellobubbas. Me: (cheerfully) Hi! I would like to place an order for pickup. Her: *total silence* Me: (places order) Her: OK. Me: So... I should be there in 5 minutes? Her: Yeah. *click* I am going to be complaining to Mary, as I am really sick of this woman.
