Not at all happy with my experience at Albert Snow. I was completely scrounged by their prices. I only received a partial highlight and cut and despite my hair length being already above my shoulders and quite fine I paid over $200. I had to pay for added "colour treatments" which I had no idea the stylist was including. When I followed up with the salon about why my treatments cost so much I was told that it was their typical rate. I will not be returning to this overpriced salon.

I have a great experience every time I go. The team is incredibly friendly, and provide great service. I would recommend this place to anyone. Nice location in Westdale, as well.

Very friendly and attentive service! Stylists take the time to listen to the haircut you want and work well with your unique hair. I frequently get compliments on my haircut from strangers. Great value and quality!

Really bad

Front door says "voted best hair salon". Hairdresser piled up the hair on the top of my head and cut the sides, leaving the top a mess, and the texture uneven at best. She didn't cut my bangs and there were uneven chunks of hair sticking out. I came back that day, asked to have it fixed with 'layers'. She attempted but did not do what I wanted, so she had another hairdresser help - since when does this happen? The second hairdresser did not help much, but she made the mess more tolerable. Overall I would definitely not go to this place again. Don't let their coffee/tea and sign fool you.
