I was told I won a screwdriver set from winning a survey(that I don't remember ever filling out). They said they would have someone come to my house within the hour to deliver my prize but as part of the deal I had to let them in my house to test my water. I told them we already have a system that we are happy with but they said I can't get my prize unless I let them do the test. It was 9pm and I had three children sleeping. Something felt off so I called back and said thanks but no thanks.
My dad had a sales rep over to try and sell him an Eagle water package. I was present and expressed my concerns over purchasing one as I had the whole treatment package for 4 years at my previous home. The sales rep had to call her manager every 10 minutes and we could all hear how abusive the manager (from the Hamilton office) was towards her. I told my dad that he should not buy one as they are overpriced. The manager was screaming on the phone to her sales rep because she was angry.
My experience was not satisfactory. I was told I won a $500.00 grocery certificate and all I received was a direction to a site they gave an outdated grocery flyers from March 2017. They said they wanted to do a free water test and they stayed for 3 hours until I bought a system. It was installed in less than 24 hours and no-one looked under my kitchen cupboards to see if it would fit and it doesn't so my cupboard door won't close. They misrepresented themselves on all counts.
