Thank you for such a great experience. It was my first time visiting Ottawa and I can say Mohamed, Pryia, Hakim and Manny made sure that everything went well. As soon as I arrived, they arranged transportation to their location. Took about 5-10 mins to check in and I was already driving. Car was really clean and well equipped. Thank you for the hospitality. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend this location to everyone.
They will steal your money. I paid to reserve a car for 10am Saturday. When I got there they gave my reservation to someone else. And this didn't only happen to me, 3 other customers were waiting there because the same was done with their car. They told us come back in 4 hours, we might have a car for you then. And if you don't want to wait the 4 hours, they refuse to give you the money paid for the reservation. Don't plan any trips with them, they will ruin it for you.
The staff and service was great. I was stuck and needs a ride . One of the staff was quick to drive me. I extended my rental with no issues. I would definitely recommend and will be doing business with them again.
