Don't they know prices on everything are going up? Why are they still the best repair shop around with their low charges and high quality? Ain't seen a car problem yet that stumps Ed! Both for my '57 Metropolitan and my 2011 Chev HHR!

Terrible workmanship, I was presented a bill for work they attempted to do, lack of professionalism. Don’t waste your time!

Never had any problems always great service. I would highly recommend very nice people and honest.

Took car in for an emissions light on. They changed EVAP valve then light came on again. Took it back. Changed flow sensor. Light came on again. After talking with them and they admitted they didn’t know what was wrong. I took car to Ford and immediately found problem with purge valve. Called K and E to explain findings and after hearing both Kerri and Ed speak with each other I was hung up on. They refuse to be held responsible and changed parts that were unnecessary. Do not go here

Poorly trained mechanic with a very bad attitude. I questioned his prognosis(which turned out to be incorrect) and he came unglued and belligerent with me. Avoid this place at all cost.
