Proper Color Painting are a very professional company to deal with. The owner was on time for the estimate and kept the appointment and wasnt constantly rebooking with many excuses like other Contractors I have dealt with. The quote was very competitive and the owner was knowledgeable and had great suggestions. When it came time to do the job Proper Color started on time and finished when they said they would and with no surprises.
