Dealt with Karls appliances for repairs done to my kitchen aid fridge. When the bill was settled, I realized the next morning that the bill was $200 over paid. When I notified him, he responded by telling me the invoice has been filed and closed. I attempted several times after to get my $200 back but he ignored me. If you like giving your money away, this is definitely your guy! He is very dishonest!

Called today to see about getting my washer fixed instead of having to come to my place In Woodlands to take a look at it he gave me great advice over the phone. Saved me a couple hundred dollars in travel time. I picked this company because he had a 5 star rating so I figured that I should write something. Thanks for the advice.
Karl came out today to Grand Marais and tweaked my Washer into working properly until the order for new shock absorbers comes in and he can install them. Yay Karl! Real nice guy, quick response and ontime at 8:30 am this morning!
Karl has fixed my washing machine before, and my wife and I love his professional service. However, today when I called, Karl went above and beyond by telling me what to do and look for, to possibly save myself a service call. Lo and behold, he nailed what the problem was, and told me how easy it was for me to fix it myself, saving me a service call charge(since it's around 70km return for him to come to my place). THAT, is how you properly service your clientele.
