Hi, I have just discovered this hidden gem in barrie and I can’t believe I’ve gone this long without trying the pasta here.
I’ve had a few lasagnas and a lot of spinach and ricotta Ravioli and I can definitely say it was hands down the best pasta I have ever had! The owner Del was absolutely awesome and super helpful at helping choose the perfect meal. Wish I had found this pasta shop sooner, quality food is hard to come by.

Not your typical veg. Lasagna. Eggplant sauce. Roasted veggies are actually cooked all the ooey gooey goodness of a meat lasagna without the meat. Did I mention the great eggplant sauce?
