Just had an extraordinarily poor customer service experience - 20 minutes in the self serve checkout line for a $100 purchase. Card reader didn't work, one (understandably flustered) staff person on duty at mid-day on a Saturday "No Tax" promotion, and when we found another staff member to help her, a curt "Give me your card." and then "There's nothing I can do." When I called the Manager about this, he responded with "Oh, we're frustrated too" and then launched into several complaints of his own about why it happened (including the fact that "everyone is panicking about the weather" - pardon?) I finally had to say "Are you even going to just say you're sorry?"
We are a family of four that goes to the store occasionally because it's convenient and the staff are usually quite helpful (which is the only reason this review has two stars rather than one). We won't be coming back.
