Very Poor service

I ordered a hamburger and half of the patty was missing, the manager took 5 minutes to get to me. The line up for the people who were waiting to get the meals they ordered was 15 people long, and took over 15 minutes to get the food they ordered. It has always been a bad place to eat. THE WORST SERVICE in any restaurant ive ever been to in my life.
