Karate is a family who accepts you for who you are and what you can become through its influence, its very social and includes and benefits people from every age. It is also not 'just' a sport. Karate is by no means a sport... at all. It just happens to be the most responsible way to express our art with safety, organized and controlled environment. karate is an enjoyable life-long activity for all.

6pm-7:30pm ages 8-13,
7:30pm-9:00pm 14+
Tuesdays/Thursdays @ Rossland Miners Hall, 1765 Columbia Ave, Rossland BC.
5:30-6:00 lil'Dragons ages 5-7,
6:00-7:00 ages 8-12,
7:00-8:30 Ages 13+ .
Saturdays @ Fruitvale Memorial Hall, 1968 Main Street, Fruitvale BC.
