The Cowichan Intercultural Society (CIS) is a registered charitable society which has provided programs and services for refugees, immigrants and New Canadians over the past 35 years. We provide settlement support services such as: English language classes, tutoring, employment assistance, and we have settlement workers available for one on one client centered support.
